Delete Your Account

You can request full deletion of your the check-in account and associated data at any time. Once processed, this action cannot be undone.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account, choose one of the following options:

  • Email us at tristan@crowlabs.tech with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account.
  • In-app settings — when available, you can request deletion directly from your account settings within the check-in app.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the following data:

  • Account information (name, email, authentication identifiers)
  • Profile and preferences (display name, language, tone style, reminder settings)
  • Couple data (couple name, anniversary, invite codes)
  • Notes (both private and shared)
  • Recordings and transcripts (audio recordings, transcripts, recaps, and suggested actions)
  • Check-in history (agenda items and session data)

Data Retention After Deletion

  • Audio recordings are scheduled for deletion after transcription, typically within about 72 hours, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • All remaining account data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
  • De-identified, aggregated analytics or diagnostic data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained.
