Delete Your Account
You can request full deletion of your the check-in account and associated data at any time. Once processed, this action cannot be undone.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account, choose one of the following options:
- Email us at tristan@crowlabs.tech with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account.
- In-app settings — when available, you can request deletion directly from your account settings within the check-in app.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the following data:
- Account information (name, email, authentication identifiers)
- Profile and preferences (display name, language, tone style, reminder settings)
- Couple data (couple name, anniversary, invite codes)
- Notes (both private and shared)
- Recordings and transcripts (audio recordings, transcripts, recaps, and suggested actions)
- Check-in history (agenda items and session data)
Data Retention After Deletion
- Audio recordings are scheduled for deletion after transcription, typically within about 72 hours, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- All remaining account data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
- De-identified, aggregated analytics or diagnostic data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained.
